Odor eliminator: drop a few drops in your bag. I've never tried it myself; some swear by it from reviews I've just read on Google. It is available from Amazon for around £40.

I take part in these forums almost every day. They and the people that contribute to them have made all the difference in my having the courage to live a normal life with an ileostomy. The people here are marvelous and come from all walks of life and from all over the world. Hearing what others have lived through has really helped me put my own experience in perspective. I highly recommend all ostomates and caretakers of ostomates to come join us.

M9 is a deodorizer, drops for bags, and spray for rooms. You should be able to get it at the same place as your other supplies.

I use it all the time and hope it's available to you. Make sure to get the dark blue unscented drops, not the bottle with the green writing, which has pale blue scented drops that don't work as well.

Oh, Alex, you're right. I ordered the spray once thinking it was for the bag... I really only use the drops when I'm out, and I use the small traveler's size that fits in my purse or pocket. At home, I just turn on our super-duper bathroom exhaust fan, and the next person can enter in about fifteen minutes.
