I have been using Coloplast's Sensura Mio as my urostomy pouch. Along with that I use Coloplast's barrier ring that fits around my stoma. The barrier ring has worked great. However, I have had a leakage issue from the area at the bottom of the pouch that is close to the "spigot". There hasn't been a major failure that would cause a big leak. They have been small leaks that create wet spots on my undershorts which then wets through to my pants. Has anyone else experienced this issue. Thank you.. Bob

I also use the sensura mio on my urostomy. I have noticed some small leaks in the spigot itself I think. Normally I fold the spigot up and place inside my belt.it doesn't leak in that configuration so I think it's gravity.

I don't know if this is what you're experiencing or not. Sorry I can't help more.

Short review. MAOM has helped me feel better by helping others it made me feel useful, worthy, important. It took my depression away. The more you use the site the more you get out of it.

I have seen reports, that the snap in part wasn't fully seated. Nothing abt the lower end.

Do u hear it snap in when apply to the flange aka mounting plate?
