I first started on here in October talking about my stoma being moved from the right to the left and having numerous leaks and bag changes. I've said it was so short (almost flat) I couldn't see where to place the bag. Well, the last three bag changes went without a change for 7 days! Back to my old schedule when it was on the right side. It did come up ever so slightly, so I just practiced focusing on one spot to aim for, and it seems to have worked. I'm also putting on a protective sheet by Coloplast first, then my bag with a moldable ring on that, and it seems to be working. I'm still going to get a 2-piece. Plus, I've always had a convex barrier, and I stayed with that. The 2-piece I'm waiting on is a Coloplast flex barrier and bag. The bag is attached by an adhesive, which you peel off the cover and place the sticky side on the barrier. It's like a click, but it uses a sticky side to attach it instead. I had a lot of samples sent and had the Coloplast 2-piece click and the 2-piece flex, and they're both good. But the flex moves with your body more naturally and feels like you have nothing on. A person who's active would benefit from this greatly. I also ordered a hole cutter from Nu-Hope. They are only for 2-pieces. Everything's better now. As Madea would say, "Hallelujah!" 😂
