Hi guys, I have arthritis, and the only thing that helps me is heat. As I don't have a bath, only a shower, I'm thinking about getting a hot tub! Anyone here with one and an ostomy? bluebell

My Dad and Stepmother have one that I use occasionally. The heat and chlorine does seem to loosen the adhesive on the bag a bit so you want to have a belt or something hold it tight against your skin. Figure on probably changing out your bags a little more often if you use it daily.

Short review. MAOM has helped me feel better by helping others it made me feel useful, worthy, important. It took my depression away. The more you use the site the more you get out of it.
