Has anyone had an issue with the barrier ring melting out into the area where the stoma is located, causing the opening to become smaller?  If so, what can be done to prevent/eliminate this problem.  I'm afraid to cut the opening larger.

Hi i just thin mine out  by pressing  to make it lie flatter,i did have probs like you but by doing this helped it not to melt so fast and not cause the opening to get smaller..  I use a thinner version  but still need to  press it and mould it around the stoma, i found the seal mould was too thick.. I hope this is some help, i tried it and it worked..Other than that try uesing a different brand, send for some samples,i ues a thinner version, maybe you should try a thin one .. Good luck  tc ambies...
