I have recently had a temporary stoma put in, I'm used to sleeping on my stomach at night, is there anything I can do so I can sleep on my stomach again and not damage my stoma ?

Just lying on the stoma will not damage it. It may impede output which may cause leakage but will in no way hurt it. Hitting it, bumping it, etc is more likely to hurt it that just sleeping on your stomach. Sleep however you are comfortable! ZZZZZ away
