I need some help here. I've tried the recommended  foods but output is still like water. What can I do ao I don't get more dehydrated? I was told to avoid fiber but looks like I could use some....right?

Fiber is not the answer --- stay free of foods with corn syrup.  Eat lots of mashed  potato and gravy - no chemicals-- Also squash and sweet potaoes with Real butter.

I also eat peanut butter as well as lots of marshmallows.

As for medine -- I have lost too much organ material to take meds safely,  but so far the drs have had good luck with prescriptions for topical antibiotics/ pain relief when I have done foolish things like contuse the tendon over my knee or get cuts that need attention.

Good luck and by the way --- if you are drinking a lot then a lot will be fluid -- best to eat and worry less!!
