Has anyone suffered from very low sodium after ileostomy? My moms sodium keeps going down. She doesn't seem to be dehydrated though

She may need to increase her sodium intake to compensate for the loss through the ileostomy. What does her doctor say?

My sodium was low on a blood test where I had been sick, not eating but drinking too much water. Said I was diluted. They had me cut down on water, and add other beverages. Also had me eating salty foods. It did return to normal.
