Using Imodium to Avoid Restroom Breaks When Out

I take Imodium when I need to go to certain places.  Usually it’s one or two.   Anyone else do this to avoid restroom when out for few hours?  Also take  lomotil daily.  

Certainly! We learn to do what works best for us without hurting ourselves.
