Pregnancy with an Ostomy

I'm hoping someone can help me...I've had Crohn's for many years and had an ileostomy done more than 10 years ago. I've recently had a complete proctocolectomy and my husband and I are wanting to start a family. Anyone out there been pregnant? I've heard that fertility decreases due to the crohn's and surgery? I've had an ileostomy for the past 7years with lots of surgery since then. I've recently found out I'm pregnant 'about 6weeks'. I'm having a lot of problems with pressure on my back passage and even faceases coming out every day, which isn't usual for me so it's extremely uncomfortable.
