Gee thanks, Reefus! :-) Thank goodness I'm not doing too bad at all. I will be in to see my own GP today and I'll give her a look to see how the wounds are healing. Just taking everything very slowly right now and have made a few mistakes already on the food front, but nothing too scary. Just hoping for some rhythm soon to the whole thing. So here's sending plenty of rainbows back over the water... we've got plenty of rain due here today, so I hope there'll be a few to spare. I'm delighted too that you found the joke pages... boy, will it give you plenty of laughs! ;-) So here's wishing you a great day ahead too! Take care, Colm

I am scheduled for my reversal on 12/4. All my pre-admin stuff is completed and my GI signed off on the clearance letter this morning. I am super excited and looking forward to not having a bag. I just hope all goes well and heals well so I don't wake up with a temp bag which will lead to yet another surgery.
I have learned a lot from this website and will continue to be on here even after surgery. To all the ostomates out there, keep your heads up and keep pressing forward. We all have good and bad days. Best of luck to you all.
I will be sure to post my progress after surgery. I'm praying for you all.
