I received my ostomy on November 16, 2022. I go tomorrow to begin the reversal process. Today at 3 PM, I start drinking the Miralax and Gatorade. I have never had diarrhea with this. This morning, all I had to eat was beef broth. Sometime later, I "exploded." Can beef broth cause that by itself? I haven't started the concoction yet. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

New ostomate, we’ve all gone through feeling low and depressed over your ostomy.
This is a pretty open group. Right now, in summer, it’s a low response time—lots of family things going on. If you need something, call out. Someone dealing with your situation will post something sooner or later.
It’s just that time of year.

Thanks. I did leave out the part on when you drink the Gatorade and Miralax mix on what an explosion will really look like. 😁😬 Just remember, it only lasts a few hours.
