Is there any suggestions to soothe cramps with ileostomy, natural or tabs?

I do deep breathing and drink warm tea/liquids and rest. Sorry, that's all I have for you...

Buscopan is very good if indeed it is your bowel that is cramping rather than adhesional pain. May be available over the counter where you are?

It almost sounds to me like you're trying to get a blockage. I'd drink warm/hot liquids and not too much difficult-to-digest foods.

I have to agree, warm liquids like tea and broth will flow easily through and soothe as well.
