Oooohhh... love this tip! My stoma always wants to erupt at bag change time. I was thinking she was just talking to my boyfriend. LOL Putting marshmallows on my grocery list.

I just finished reading the Ostomy Tips Book under COLLECTIONS at the top of the page. I did not realize how much information was there. It covers a lot
