Covers for Large Ostomy Pouches

I use a Coloplast SenSura Mio Flex High Output transparent ostomy pouch. It's pretty long—about 14.5 inches (37 cm).
I would like to find a presentable pouch cover but haven't found one large enough for my pouch. Folding the pouch so that it fits in a regular-size cover reduces the effective size of the pouch, and I'd like to avoid that.
I would like to hear how other people with large pouches handle this problem.

I understand you wanting to cover up the clear transparent bag.

Most here feel the same way.. it's a waste.. but duly noted, in your case, for obvious reasons.

now, if you're talking about a support cover like a belt, or wrap, that's a whole new ball game.

Can you get the same size bag that doesn't have a clear cover?

I made one in leather that will last a very long time.
