As the title say, thank you all for receiving me here in the forum.
I'm a portuguese man, with 51 years old, and an urostomy since 2022.
Now i think i'm well resolved with my insecurities, but, there's always matters that let us unconfortables with. Hope to find similar mates that help me deal with it.

I just finished reading the Ostomy Tips Book under COLLECTIONS at the top of the page. I did not realize how much information was there. It covers a lot
