Feeling Sick in the Morning Due to Active Ileostomy

does any of you feel sick in the early hours of the morning when my illeostomy is more active taking nausclam for it anyone in the same boat

I usually get an ache in my stomach in the early hours.  It's like a deep hunger pain only a little different, but I've found that if I eat a little something like a few spoonfuls of applesauce, it stops.
