I am in Ecuador, and my skin barrier starts leaking about 2 hours after it is applied, and in about 10 hours it is starting to fall off

I can only think of one thing that you are using products to clean yourself that have a moisturizer in them when you bathe or change and wash yourself. Hope you find a solution
I have an Illeostomy and that would be a disaster for me.
Hope you find an answer.

I just wanted to tell all the users of this site that I really love having the opportunity to express my feelings here. I'm positive that many feel the same. I wish that all here come out of the experience you have here will be like mine. Support and understanding from others with issues similar like each other will help us all and give the relief we all crave, well, I'm selfish. I'm here because I need support. And I find enough here to help in the tough times. Thank you. I really mean it.

Hi I live in Malta and it can get very hot and humid in the summer
yet I never had that problem. Could be as my previous member suggested. Do not use any products you never used before.
