Two Days Leak-Free After Surgery, But Questions Remain

I have gone through two whole days without a leak! Yah! I think were on to solving this problem. Fingers crossed. But I do have a couple questions.  Since im 23 days since surgery should the stiches around my stoma not have come out by now? They havnt. Also, what to do if you have an itch you cant scratch? Its driving me nuts!
