Helpful Ostomy Care Videos by Dennis

I wanted to post a link (sent to me by a friend) to a series of informative videos on various topics involved with living with an ostomy. The young man who made them is named Dennis & he did a pretty good job explaining & showing things like "How to apply your appliance", How to empty your pouch" & others. I got some useful tips from the videos & there are links to several other related topics. As a side note, one tip that Dennis didn't cover is to put a small amount of baby oil on your finger or a cotton swab & rub it on the snap ring of your wafer. You'll find that snapping on your pouch will be much easier. Below is the link:
