My family member same thing.lifting weights and jim stuff to hard gets a hernia once in a while.he still has problems with feelings down their.i think tha whole thing really effected him.he has his brown eye 👁 back and ??'? poopin strong ??'?.but with a clouthing feel discomfort.jerz

Well it's just coming upto a year since I had my emergency stoma. Since joining MAOM I have learnt all different kinds of ideas to help with the stoma. Not only that I have made a lot of good friends who I can talk to. The beauty of this site is it's not just giving tips and ideas we talk about anything and everything. So thank you for giving us a great site. XX

Ha ha it's good the brown eye is back mine is shut eye just now but hopefully will wake up soon :-) The hernia makes life difficult, espcially if you want to get fit. My stomach is like a football. Thanks for your message Jerz.
