dont know if this has been discussed previously but has anyone done slimming world? I have just signed up and I am worried it wont work as much of the free and speedy food is fruit and veg that cause my stoma to act up and cause leakage. Any ideas about how to reduce the chances of leaks?

my carry-on for planes. I have traveled
all over the world with it. In 6 years I
have never been forced to use it in an
emergency. Lucky me. I can carry 2
months worth of supplies in it. I never let
it out of my sight when traveling. Hint:
NEVER PUT YOUR SUPPLIES IN YOUR
SUITCASE as the airline might lose it.
