Sometimes, New Maxine doesn't get along with beans, so I often do not get to partake in enjoying Mexican food. On the days that she is arguing with beans, I substitute them with Mexican rice. I cook up a box, line some soft shells with the rice, add cheese, avocados, sour cream and Victoria sauce and fold them up. I add some Tamales to the meal and eat up! It turned out fantastic and Maxine loved it!

Hi. Being pretty recent to this new adventutpre in my life (oct 23). I’m finding out what “Rudi” likes and dislikes so hearing what other osties have to say is of interest. The biggest one for me was a new vitamin pill I was trying out that had everything in it but the kitchen sink. It made my wind smell like burning sulphur and the poop just kept coming. So back to the drawing board lol.

Yeah a year ago I wouldn't have known what to ask to find out I had a parastomal hernia. The only reason I knew about them is from this site. Thank goodness for this site. Otherwise I would still be clueless. If I hadn't though from stuff on here to ask my surgeon about having a hernia, then I would have never had the CT and I would have never known that she should have known about it a year ago.
