I keep getting bowel blockages, or at least very slow digestion and almost always use Dulcolax pills or other type laxatives. I'm worried I use them too frequently, any suggestions?

Hello Cas523.
I find laxatives either don't work or they work too well and I haven't figured out why. However, I do find that Metamucil works gently and efficiently to flush the stustem and get a consistency of stool which avoids blockages.
