I get Smelleze on the net. You use it by putting a teaspoon in a bag. It is akin to Metamucil, except you use it on the outside. Where does one get Ileo Gel? I have not heard of it before. Canada, eh? Smelleze is an American product made by Emtek. I get mine online because it's not available in Canada.

Hi, I found that fruit smoothies, bananas, clementines, strawberries, etc. have had the effect of firming mine up.
I used to use a juicer, but that removed the fiber and didn't have the same effect.
