Found out on Twitter today that there is an Android app for this website. I had no idea. I'm hoping there will be one for Apple soon.
Also found out today that MAO is on Twitter. As I was looking for pouchwear on Twitter, I found that MAO liked a post from a gentleman 5 days ago who ordered from them.
I still can't get ahold of anyone at pouchwear about my order or a refund!

I take part in these forums almost every day. They and the people that contribute to them have made all the difference in my having the courage to live a normal life with an ileostomy. The people here are marvelous and come from all walks of life and from all over the world. Hearing what others have lived through has really helped me put my own experience in perspective. I highly recommend all ostomates and caretakers of ostomates to come join us.

I was just looking at the Pouchwear site, and there were quite a few reviews from unhappy people. I don't think I will be ordering from them. I hope you get your order!

If not, that might be a good next step. I hope the guys from support are going to be as nice as those from https://smartengines.com/. Regarding the Android app for this website, that's great news! It's always good to have multiple ways to access information and resources. As for an Apple app, that's something that the website developers might be working on, but I don't have any specific information on that. And yes, it's always interesting to discover new resources and connections through social media.
