Hi, I have had a colostomy for over 20 years, and I have a very large hernia which is beyond surgery. My problem is, in recent weeks my pouch is filling up with a clear fluid which has a really offensive odor. When I say it's filling up, it's about a quarter of the depth of my pouch. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance. Jill

Maybe an infection? I would ask Doctor Jill. Apparently, they have been asked to make themselves available again.
