Hey, how's everyone??
Hi, I've just discovered this website after thinking there must be others out there like me!
I'm not daft, don't think I'm the only one, lol. Just thought it was about time I got my act together and spoke to others, as you don't really bump into people in the street and find out they have a colostomy, etc.
So here I am, looking for fellow lads in the UK to chat with, maybe meet up sometime for a pint, etc.
So, apart from what's on my profile, here's more about me.
I'm from the Liverpool area, not long moved back from London. I'm gay, but don't panic, straight lads out there, I'm not going to try to jump you, lol.
I'm hopefully seen as the lad next door type. I'm pretty chilled and easy-going. I think my only hang-up is that I'm tripping myself up, covering up if I ever meet anyone with excuses and stuff, if you know what I mean?
So there you go, very brief, but if you want to know more, give me a shout. It would be great to hear from you.
And I've noticed no one seems to comment back on blogs, so come on, everyone, say hi!!
Cheers

Well it's just coming upto a year since I had my emergency stoma. Since joining MAOM I have learnt all different kinds of ideas to help with the stoma. Not only that I have made a lot of good friends who I can talk to. The beauty of this site is it's not just giving tips and ideas we talk about anything and everything. So thank you for giving us a great site. XX

Living with an ostomy doesn’t mean you have to live with stoma fluid leakage or skin irritation.
