I had my doctor's post-op appointment yesterday. I do already have a small hernia, but he said not to worry. If it gets bothersome, he'll fix it. He is an exceptional surgeon, so I felt relieved. I was sick with the flu and throwing up profusely last month, followed by COVID (I can say that on here, right??) jkš. I don't know if it was the vomiting or coughing so hard that I got it from, but that's when I noticed something. I should have had a belt back then, but I didn't know š¤·š¼āāļø. So last night, I ordered both a belt and wrap: a belt from Amazon and a wrap from Ostomysecrets. Can't wait to try them. Thank you, everyone, for your great advice šš»ā¤ļø

Great place for newbies to learn, I have helped many folks on here learn to irrigate, plus learned a few tricks myself. Great informative site.
