Do you see the slightly discolored part of my stoma on the right side? Do I need to worry about this, or should I go get it checked?

The darker red part? Normal everyday look if you bump it on something or it gets compressed in a wrap or belt.

Does it hurt?

I agree with Alex. Mine will get little darker discolorations from time to time, in different spots, but they don't last. Probably just from a little friction, as the stoma itself is pretty delicate. It looks healthy to me.

Just check that your bag isn't too tight around the stoma.

It's probably okay then. If it starts to hurt, get it looked at.
