Where can I get ostomy supplies if I have an emergency?

I just returned from Israel and do go often. Usually I just bring enough supplies to last me. When I was writing our book Yes We Can, traveling with an ostomy I had met with an ostomy nurse from the ostomy assocoation in Israel. You can always contact them.
I think in any country that you travel in if it is really an emergency I would try a hospital since buying medical supplies with out a prescription is difficult any place you go.
