Had 2 blockages and the ambulance ride to Boston is $ 3600.00 ( one way ). What specific foods do I need to stay away from besided apple skins etc ?

Snugger? I have had two blockages prior to my ostomy, or are you talking about after the surgery. If you are talking about after the surgery I can’t help for I haven’t experienced a blockage since the surgery, some one will chime in and hopefully be able to help!! Good luck
