I'm in the Stomawise Ostomy Support facebook group and it's a nice close community. There is also a page called Ostomy Connection which posts ostomy related articles which can be informative and interesting.

Old ostomate here. 42 yrs with an ileostomy - I was 18 way back then. Never had any ostomy problems and learned it was nothing to be embarrassed about. Best
