I have had a hard time getting my supplies… they are 3 weeks overdue. I've ordered from Amazon and finally got my pouches but need a company that I can trust. Help! What companies are reliable? Thanks!

There's quite a lot of distribution companies. Best is to call them and find out which your insurance takes. Bryham, Comfort Medical are the two best ones I have found. Edge Park and Prism are horrible.

After I got my ostomy I found this site and got a lifetime membership. I have had so much help from the core members, things that even the wound care nurses didn't know. If you haven't been through this journey you don't know - only the people that have experienced this first hand truly understand what your going through. I have gotten my supplies from Bryam since last May and am pretty satisfied. They did screw up my order once, but quickly rectified it.

I use Byram too. They do get supplies to you, but sometimes they are a pain in the ass. They only carry wipes for adhesive remover and for skin protective products. I like sprays for adhesive remover and wands for skin protective products. I am about to order some wands off Amazon; I hope I don't have a problem.
