Within my life, I’ve always strived
to get to know whence thing’s derived,
especially professionally,
psychologically and behaviourally.

When witnessing an end result,
I find it wise to then consult
about whatever went before
because that tells us so much more.

My bags are sound and they are tough.

They hold the grime and slime.

A ‘cute’ illness is what it’s not.
Who made this word was not astute.
To make up a word that sounds like cute.

Acute illness will come on strong.
You’ll surely know that something’s wrong.
It can be sharp and is severe.

There is a much longer explanation accompanying the message and within that is the worrying statement that it might be the sight visited that has been hacked.

A CONTEMPLATIVE INCIDENT.
Last night there was an incident,which turned into an accident,that made me contemplate my life,my stoma, sicknesses and wife.
It had been quite a normal daywith nothing much out of the way,and nothing to make me alarmed that I may be in someway harmed.
