No, I don't, but it could be that I like to eat a lot of veggies and they keep me loose. I don't recall anyone having to take them on a daily basis. Be sure to keep drinking lots of water and you should be okay.

I don't either! but then irrigate on a daily basis--- which I would recommend to anyone who is able to do so.
