Is Byram Healthcare a good company to order supplies from?

I order my colostomy supplies from Byram and find the company to be quite reliable. I usually receive my order within 2-3 days. They did send me the wrong pouches once, but promptly sent me the right ones when I called them about it.

Well it's just coming upto a year since I had my emergency stoma. Since joining MAOM I have learnt all different kinds of ideas to help with the stoma. Not only that I have made a lot of good friends who I can talk to. The beauty of this site is it's not just giving tips and ideas we talk about anything and everything. So thank you for giving us a great site. XX

I've used Byram for about 18 months now, and they are great to me. The only thing I could complain about is the fact that they stopped carrying my favorite spray adhesive remover. They deliver quickly and allow orders for a month or three months. If I accidentally ordered the wrong product, it's always replaced without incident or stress from them.
If you choose them, I hope you also have a positive experience with ordering and receiving your supplies!

I used Byram Hcare for 4 years before changing insurances and falling out of network with them, and I never had any issues with them. I found their employees to be very helpful and polite. Prompt delivery as well.
