I have an ileostomy following emergency small bowel resection in August. I'm struggling with high output, worrying about the pros and cons of reversal surgery, and grieving the loss of my fit and active self. I would really value the insight and support of people who truly know how tough this is... and who can maybe help me find a way forward. I feel very alone and broken.
