Cashews, peanuts and pistachios- good or bad to eat?

This is the best website for people with an Ostomy. So much understanding.

Macadamia nuts have quite soft flesh.  Chew well and in moderation.

My surgeon told me that I can eat anything I like as long as I chew like a horse.

I eat nuts and sweetcorn all allegedly no no's without any issues.

Hi there

if you’ve had a really large meal then you may get away with some nuts … any kind

however I also love nuts and if you get a blockage you will probably never eat them again!! Extremely painful 😖
